HEVs and pure EVs are already playing a key role in the reduction of energy consumption and CO_2 emissions in personal transportation. Infineon now offers a complete three-phase inverter system - the HybridKIT - which supports designers in minimizing efforts during the development of (H)EV architecture and in evaluating Infineon's HybridPACK2, an IGBT power module designed for applications up to 80kW.
