摘要

In this paper, a facile method that uses cysteine as stabilizer to synthesize water-soluble ZnxCd1-xTe quantum dots (QDs) that emit light in the blue-green spectral range is reported. The effects of precursor Zn/Cd molar ratios and pH value of the original solution on the luminescence properties of the obtained ZnxCd1-xTe QDs were investigated systematically. A blueshift in the emission wavelength of ZnxCd1-xTe QDs was found with increasing Zn molar ratio, which indicated that the emission wavelength of ZnxCd1-xTe QDs can be tuned by controlling the Zn/Cd molar ratio.
