摘要

Paper production involves a dry-ing process in which large quantities of water are removed via the air.Consider-able amounts of liquid evaporate during this process which mix with the ambient air and precipitate as mist or condensa-tion when the Saturation limit is exceeded.Damage to building structures and production equipment can be pre-vented by implementing a Ventilation concept that avoids an exchange of process discharge air and ambient air.Controlled room air conditions have a positive impact on product quality assur-ance too-helping to increase the quality of the product-while they also improve the temperature in which employees have to work.Energy costs can be reduced by recovering the heat in process discharge air and production efficiency can be improved by installing Special supply air Systems,as a result of which the mill is able to increase its sales and competitive position.
