FirstAfrica drops Chad/Mali

FirstAfrica will not complete US 63m deals to buy blocks in Mali and Chad from Energem.It is still considering farming in to the Chad blocks, while the government of Mali has taken back its blocks from Energem.In January, FirstAfrica exercised its option to acquire from Energem the rights to its upstream oil and gas exploitation and transport concession agreement for the Chari-Ouest and Largeau Basins in Chad.
