Brazil's 8th licensing round will be held on 28 November, according to the latest statement from the country's hydrocarbons regulator the ANP (National Petroleum Agency).The round was pushed back from its original date of 28 August in order to give officials more time to prepare for the process.This was largely due to the length of time being taken to appoint new directors to the ANP's board, who play a key role in deciding on issues such as the tender rules, including local content and minimum investment levels.
