Venture looks for Carna boost

Venture Production is looking to boost the reserves cache in the vicinity of its Carna discovery in the UK Southern North Sea and plans to drill up to five nearby exploration prospects. Venture says Carna, discovered by well 42/21b-5, has proved to be a commercial stand alone gas discovery with expectations of estimated net gas initially in place (GIIP) ranging from 95-185 Bcf (2.7-5.2 Bcm).
