Australia’s Exoma Energy has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Galilee gas project in the Galilee Basin in the Central Queensland, Australia.The Galilee project covers five contiguous Authorities to Prospect (ATP’s) – 991, 996, 999, 1005 and 1008 – and covers 26,840sq km. The transaction is subject to the ATP’s being granted by the local government, shareholder approval and other commercial issues.
