Premier Oil is on the hunt for a rig to drill an appraisal on an extension of its Bugle field in the UK sector of the North Sea. It is anticipated that the well will be drilled at the latest by mid-2010 after a rig is secured. Premier said other wells proposed for 2010 include an appraisal of the Moth discovery and an exploration well on the Catcher prospect on Block 28/9 (Premier: 50%).
