Last month the Association Briefing covered some of the activities in the UK and this month we would like to share the recent Presidential visit to Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and mainland China. The ten-day visit started with the 11-hour flight to Hong Kong, leaving at 21.30 and arriving at 17.40 the following day. On arrival a dinner meeting with guests had been arranged. The following morning, an early start was made to be at Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HKPU) for a joint CPD event with the Society of Operations Engineers HK Region, where the President gave a keynote speech and presentation on Building facilities designed for the safe use by persons with a disability.
