Shell will spend US 3.1 Bn on Malaysian operations over the next decade,with most of the money earmarked for upstream projects.Shell Malaysia chairman Saw Choo Boon said at a briefing in Kuala Lumpur attended by Shell chief executive Jeroen van der Veer that most of the cash would be ploughed into oil and gas exploration,said Malaysia's Business Times.
