A poll of UK CEOs has uncovered that nearly three quarters (73%) blame personal issues such as stress as being the main reason for their employees changing jobs. Pay was cited by 34% and job dissatisfaction by 19%. The research, commissioned by Skillsoft, also found that lack of career opportunities came near the bottom of the quit list, with only 7% per of respondents seeing this as a cause for concern and a key reason why employees leave the company.
