Global tablet shipments predicted to fall 8 percent in 2015

According to the latest estimates from the International Data Corporation, global shipments of tablets in 2015 won't keep up with 2014 levels. IDC is estimating that just over 211 million tablets will ship this year, down 8.1 percent from 2014s total of nearly 236 million units.
