NHBC has launched its revised Customer Service - A Code of Conduct for House Builders which has been updated to reflect the increasing focus in the industry on customer satisfaction. Since its inception in 2000, NHBC's Code has been driving forward the industry's response to customer satisfaction, as have increasing customer demands, legislation and the Barker Review of housing supply. In response to the Barker requirements the Home Builders Federation (HBF) is launching its own Code of Conduct for Buildings which has been devised in consultation with NHBC.
