UK GOLF COURSE MEDICAL SURVEY 2002-2004

Over the past three years STRI's advisory team have been providing free health checks to monitor the condition of the golf course for their advisory clients. As part of the annual agronomic service, each golf club has been supplied with a medical record for their course, maintained by the adviser during site visits. Details have been recorded on the predominant grass species present on putting greens, rootzone types, details of any pests affecting in-play areas and diseases affecting greens, and information on the cultural and chemical practices and plant protection products used to control them.
