Northern Petroleum to Sell Unit to Vermilion

Northern Petroleum has agreed to sell its local unit, Northern Petroleum Nederland (NPN), to Vermilion Oil & Gas Netherlands. The C$27.5-million deal includes a net profit interest in the Papekop production license and a net profit interest over any future production from unconventional reservoirs.
