Kinder Gains Ethanol Terminals

Kinder Morgan Energy Partners said it has bought three ethanol terminals for $195 million and formed a venture that will help create a national distribution system for the alternative motor fuel. Kinder bought the Linden, New Jersey, Baltimore and Dallas facilities from US Development Group, which manages ethanol terminals.
