Australian coalbed methane (CBM) producer Arrow Energy and India's state Oil and Natural Gas Corp. are exploring the possibility of cooperating in CBM development in both countries after signing a memorandum of understanding in New Delhi this week.Arrow Chief Financial Officer Graham Yer-bury said they could work together on up to three blocks, with Arrow most likely responsible for drilling. Nev Robinson, Arrow's country manager for India, said the company is evaluating potential blocks and would likely announce specifics in "the next few months."
