Royal Dutch Shell says it expects two upstream megaprojects in Qatar to add 350,000 boe/d to its production after they reach full capacity in 2011 (IOD Oct.13,p6). "Major construction at both Pearl [gas-toliquids] and Qatargas 4 is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2010, with production ramp-up from late 2010 and into 2011," the Anglo-Dutch supermajor said in a statement Monday.
