In Van Anraat v. The Netherlands, the Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights ("ECtHR") unanimously declared the application by Van Anraat inadmissible. The complaints made under Articles 6 and 7 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms ("Convention") were considered manifestly ill-founded.
