摘要

This work proposes a simple way to account for load history dependence in problems involving micro-slip on the example of a single frictional contact. The contact is formed by two axisymmetric bodies and is subjected to normal and shear loads that arbitrarily change in magnitude and direction in a 3D force space. The model employs the concept of nested slip surfaces and is based on the analogy between slip rules in frictional problems and flow rules in plasticity. The kinematic hardening rule is applied to describe transformation of slip surfaces in the force space in the course of loading. Relations between load and displacement increments are derived analytically and then incorporated into a computer code to calculate the total shear displacement under the arbitrary history of loading and to analyse memory rules.
