摘要

A procedure taking into account the inter-correlation of the harmonics, observed in experimental EIS, is shown toprovide realistic error estimation useful for reliability considerations. The deduction of the algorithm of this "weightedharmonics autocorrelation" procedure as well as the results of EIS control experiments, performed on well knownobjects, are thoroughly discussed. The influence of three different kinds of specific interference on the measurement results is shown: distortions by anonlinear system characteristic, contamination of the response signal by pink noise and contamination of the responsesignal by single frequency disturbance. The uncertainty predicted by the weighted harmonics autocorrelation procedureis compared with the deviations observed in the practical measurements.
