NEGRI BOSSI has recapitalised to trans-form its manufacturing strategy by issuing EURO 15 centre dot 4 million worth of new shares with warrants for further shares to raise another EURO 15 centre dot 4 million over the next three years.The aim of the recapitalisation is to give the company the financial strength to invest in a new manufacturing direction.
