A new report launched in June by the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement will provide hospital teams with guidance on how to improve the management of emergency patients with suspected cancer, and provide more consistent, responsive and timely care. The timing of the report is particularly important in the context of the Prime Minister's renewed commitment this month to improving access to cancer services.
