Duisburg, Germany-The NALTEC~R System from B+W Gesellschaft fur Innovative Produkte mbH provides for highly efficient binding of dust at operating sites and in the environment. The fine fog created by this system easily joins with the free flowing dust particles in the air. Due to the increased weight, the dust particles sink quickly onto the material-flow instead of being carried away by the air. In most cases, an increase of dampness of approx. 0.1 percent to 0.5 percent (weight) is sufficient to bind the fine dust to the material-flow. In this way, the dust is bound to the material and doesn't need to be disposed separately. Fields of application are, in particular, the bulk material handling and recycling industries. Here, the dust suppression system ensures a dust-free environment where crushers, conveyor belt transfers and screens are used or where silos and bunkers are fed by belt conveyors, wheel loaders or trucks. Below are two examples of where the NALTEC~R System successfully suppressed the dust being generated at these sites.
