摘要

Malicious node detection and Secure data aggregation is one of the challenging advance research areas in wireless sensor network (WSN). We propose a rough set based secure data aggregation approach. The approach is having three stages. Stage-I: Clustering and Cluster head selection. Stage-II: Distance, Trust values and Energy consumption are computed for each sensor node. Stage-III: On the basis of these three inputs, rough set approach is used to detect the non-faulty and secure node for data aggregation process. At last the cluster heads transmitted aggregated data to the base station (sink). The proposed approach classifies the sensor node as best, normal and worst nodes. The normal and best nodes are used for data aggregation, where as the worst nodes are rejected by the cluster heads for data aggregation.
