摘要

Noninvasive glucose monitoring is an actual necessity. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is capable of monitoring the blood glucose in a noninvasive manner. Blood glucose concentration in the skin dermis layer is correlated with OCT signal slope that is obtained by the linear fit of OCT signal by averaging over the depth of a 2D OCT image. However, we must find the area where the signal is linear and undergoes minimal alterations. We use a mixed integer nonlinear program to determine the optimal range in the dermis used for highly efficient glucose monitoring.
