摘要

Clustering is one of the optimized routing techniques that are also used to decrease the vitality range of sensor nodes in a network. But all cluster based techniques in WSN do not provide sufficient support for node and resource management. In this paper an efficient clustering technique based on Neighbors Information based clustering (NIC) is proposed for effective resource management related with routing practice in WSN. The proposed work really used to maximize the successful rate of data distributions to the sink node in the network. Performance evaluation and comparison was made between the proposed cluster based technique and the LEACH algorithm. Simulation results illustrate that NIC based energy aware contemporary routing technique with active clustering is well-organized, efficient and consumes the least energy, besides accomplishing higher reliability.
