PURPOSE: A method of configuring clustered wireless sensor networks and clustered wireless sensor networks thereby are provided to control a size of the cluster, thereby maximizing a lifetime of the sensor network. CONSTITUTION: A Zigbee nodes has a hop vales by a flooding technique during a constant hours(S200). A probability value which will be a cluster head of a cluster having a biggest hop value is determined(S210). The cluster size is controlled according to the probability value so that energy consumption of the each cluster head having cluster to be identical(S220). The size of the cluster is controlled according to a distance from a sync node. A bottleneck is prevented through the control.
