2013 Hyundai Genesis coupe - A midlife refresh that's more than a face-lift

WHEN HYUNDAI REVEALED the Genesis coupe in 2008, a rear-wheel-drive chassis was a relative rarity among affordable cars and virtually unheard of from a Korean manufacturer. Our first drive left us impressed with Hyundai's efforts, but ride comfort, overall refinement, and the power delivery of the turbocharged four-cylinder were lacking. So, although we loved the idea of the Genesis coupe - a rear-wheel-drive sporty car for the common man, an all-too-rare commodity - we thought the common man deserved more.
