Revised Technical Standard will provide guidance for CNG fuelling stations

Dr Richard Marrow, chair of the 1GEM Utilization Committee and director of Global Energy Associates Ltd, will chair a technical panel of experts to revise obsolete Technical Standard IGE/UP/5. The updated Standard will provide detailed technical guidance on the design of compressed natural gas (CNG) fuelling stations. With the anticipated rise of alternatively fuelled vehicles this is expected by industry and regulators to become a growth area.
