摘要

A series of nickel Schiff-base complexes were synthesized by the reaction of Schiff-bases containing N-naphththyl group with trans-[Ni(PPH_3)_2(Ph)Cl]and they were characterized by EA,IR and NMR.When activated by methylaluminoxane,these complexes exhibit good catalytic activity for the addition polymerization of norbornene.Late transition metal catalysts have been one of the most exciting developments in the area of catalysis,organometallic chemistry,and polymer science in recent years[1].
