ICL sells Negev Industrial Minerals

Israel Chemicals Ltd (ICL),Israel's multinational fertiliser,minerals,and speciality chemicals group,has completed the divestment of its fully-owned subsidiary Negev Industrial Minerals Ltd (NIM).ICL sold NIM to Doraz D.R.,a company controlled by the Razine family,for US21.2m.in cash and settlement of debts.
