摘要

A simple and efficient protocol for the synthesis of novel 10-[6-aryl-12-oxo-12H-[1,8] naphthyridino [2,1-b] quinozolin-10-yl) methyl] -6-aryl-12H-[1,8] naphthyridino [2,1-b] quinozolin-12-ones 3 is achieved by the cyclocondensation of 3-aryl-2-chloro-1,8-naphthyridines 1 with 4,4'-methylenebisanthranilic acid 2 in the presence of catalytic amount of DMF under microwave irradiation. The products are obtained in very good yields and in a state of high purity. The structures of compounds 3 were established by their spectral (IR, H-1 NMR and MS) and analytical data. Compounds 3 have been screened for their antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities.
