摘要

Pre-harvest spray of calcium compounds reduced physiological loss in weight and titratable acidity, while they increased TSS, reducing sugars and pectin contents. However, higher concentration of calcium nitrate was more effective than other treatments.The fruit firmness increased as the concentration of calcium increased in the fruits. Calcium nitrate delayed softening and enhanced the shelf-life of fruits.
