FORD CALLS ITS all-new Fiesta "the most significant global vehicle project since the Model T", which has to be just about the biggest billing that any mass-market car can get. So it's rather ironic, in a way, that what I'm feeling underneath me as I drive this landmark model for the very first time is a decidedly ordinary car. Hang on, though. We're not talking 'ordinary' in any pejorative sense here, as if any old car maker could build a supermini as great as this. Most could not.
