摘要

A field investigation was conducted for two consecutive years 2002-03 and 2003-04 at CCS Haryana Agricultural University,Hisar to study the productivity,concentration and uptake behaviour of nitrogen and phosphorus in pearl millet-wheat cropping system as influenced by integrated nutrient management The experiment consisting of twelve treatments was laid out in randomized block design with four replications.The grain yield data averaged for two years depicted that at par yield was recorded at 100% RD-NPK in both crops and the treatment where nitrogen was substituted through FYM to the tune of 50% in pearl millet followed by 100% RD-NPK in wheat The addition of organic matter resulted in Increased NP content and uptake In pearl millet At 100% RD-NPK in wheat nitrogen concentration and uptake in grain and at 75% RD-NPK along with wheat straw higher nitrogen concentration and uptake in straw was observed.Phosphorus concentration and uptake in grain as well as straw was higher in integrated nutrient management treatments.
