The 11~(th) Asian Societies of Cosmetics Scientists Conference (11~(th) ASCS Conference) had been successfully held in Bali on 23rd to 25th April 2013 at Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel. The 11~(th) ASCS Conference was officially opened on 23~(rd) April by the Indonesia Health Ministry's Director General for Pharmaceuticals and Medical Equipment, Dra. Maura Linda Sitanggang, Apt, Ph.D., followed by the welcoming speech from the Organizing Committee Chairman, Dr. Hendra Wijaya Wong, MSL, and the President of Society of Cosmetic Scientists of Indonesia (HIKI), the host of the 11~(th) ASCS Conference, Pharm. Dr. Joshita Djajadi-sastra MS, PhD.
