Automation improves tube testing methods

Cerulean Packing, part of Molins Plc, has launched the Q-Test, said to be the the first fully automated tube testing system for laminate and plastic tubes. Tube testing as part of the packaging process currently requires manual testing which can be time consuming and inconsistent. Q-Test addresses this and is suitable for the medical, personal care and consumer food product industries where high quality packaging is essential.
