Procedure for Processing Cases of Alleged Violation of Provisions of Royal Charter/ Bye-Laws/Regulations/Code of Ethics by the Corporate Members

1. A complaint related to violation of Royal Charter/Bye-Laws/Regulations/Code of Ethics by any member, on receipt, will be registered with a case number in a separate confidential register. 2. The complainant shall be asked to confirm the complaint. In case of an anonymous/ pseudonymous complaint, the same will be filed in the Secretariat and no action will be generally taken on such a complaint. However, in a case where there is sufficient substance in the contents of the complaint, the same may be taken up by the Secretary and Director General forfurther appropriate action. 3. On receipt of confirmation and documents from the complainant, the Secretariat shall refer the case to Ethics Control Board.
