With a brand new event in the UK for the imaging industry scheduled for Spring 2017 and the publication of the Autumn issue of its 32-page Vision in Action' newsletter, the UKIVA is busier than ever in promoting the use of industrial vision The Association has announced that the first ever UKIVA Machine Vision Conference will take place at ArenaMK in Milton Keynes on 27 April 2017. This new event will highlight the latest developments and technologies within the machine vision and imaging industry. The conference format will feature keynote speakers and will provide multiple informative presentations across a variety of vision topics. The main themes will cover 3D vision, camera technology, software, embedded vision, optics, illumination & lasers, systems & solutions, systems & solutions (manufacturing) and vision basics, with presentations from both UKIVA members and non-members. The conference will be accompanied by a small-scale exhibition. With such a comprehensive range of topics, there will be plenty to interest all attendees, from those new to machine vision to the most experienced users or system integrators.
