It is shown that in most instances, there exists a relationship between interference in signals received from compressor stations and latent micro-variations that precede the onset of stages of failures in equipment and mechanisms. An information system is proposed for diagnostics and interference prediction in which a set of high-information-content attributes of the initial state of the object is constructed by means of analysis of interference. An identification of micro-variations and a prediction of possible failures are performed in system operation once a difference between the current attributes and the initial states of these attributes is detected.
