Tackling the problem of roadside weeds

Native vegetation is not the only thing growing on roadside reserves. Roadsides are particularly vulnerable to weed infestation. Weeds can do as much damage to roadsides as they do to farmland, forests and national parks. Weeds invade remnant vegetation on roadsides and can seriously degrade and threaten the viability of these vegetation communities.
