Little more than six months after opening, gourmet cheese business. Hunter Belle Cheese, is no stranger to award presentations. Based at Muswellbrook in NSW, it has already won gold medals in Australian Specialist Cheesemakers' Association (ASCA) shows, the 2004 Fromage du Monde and been a competitor in the Australian Grand Dairy Awards (AGOA). Speaking at the AGDA, Hunter Belle cheesemaker and managing director, Kate Woodward, said she was really happy to have made it to the awards. After such a short time in business, it is a significant achievement to be a contender for an Australian Grand Dairy Award.
