MMF Industry Continues to Grow Rapidly

The Chinese man-made fiber industry has been growing at a rapid rate,but the harmful effects caused by the sharp production increase are beginning to surface.MMF production grew by 22.7% from the previous year to 14.24 million tons.The rise in MMF prices led to a 38.5% jump in the total production value,and total profits were also more than 1 billion yuan greater than 2003.
