Bodyplethysmography is a contemporary method for diagnosis of respiratory disorders in patients with bronchial asthma (BA). Bodyplethysmography can detect and evaluate such functional syndromes of BA as syndrome of limited air flow and syndrome of lung hyperaer-ation. It is well known that bodyplethysmography determines respiratory pathway resistance (RPR), internal chest volume (ICV), total lung volume (TLV), and its structure [3, 8]. Although bodyplethysmography of BA has been thoroughly studied, the diagnostic value of its components remains insufficiently understood. In modern domestic and foreign literature on bodyplethysmography comparative analysis of diagnostic efficiency of bodyplethysmography parameters (BPGP) is based on their mean values. This may reduce diagnostic efficiency of this method.
