Taiwanese apparel manufacturers are increasing investments in Vietnam as they consider Vietnam to be an important manufacturing base.Last year,the U.S.imposed quotas on 38 apparel items from Vietnam,which cooled down Taiwan's interest in Vietnam.However,Taiwanese apparel makers have begun to pay more attention again to its cheap labor compared with other Asian countries in addition to the abundance of skilled labor.
