Committed to community - and Angus cattle: Bill Pryor has been raising Angus since the '50s

When Bill Pryor walks about his barns and yards in Centreville, New Brunswick, it is evident he has a deep admiration for Angus cattle. When he talks about his cattle and agriculture in his native Carleton County, he confides a deep and compassionatecommitment to the community and agriculture. At the Pryor family farm, just south of the village of Centreville, the barns hold around 70 brood cows and an additional 20 heifers that will either gain a place in the breeding herd or be sold off to other breeders. While Pryor and his wife Leah have recently taken up residence nearby, their son Robert lives on the farm and takes a keen interest in the cattle, as well as working full time for McCain Produce.
