Vietnam's Jan-Sept. Textile Exports Grow Nearly 10%

The Vietnam Textile & Apparel Association (VITAS) reported that the nation's exports of textiles and apparel during January-September 2015 grew by 9.88% year-on-yearto nearly US$20 billion. Exports of apparel increased by more than 10% to US$17,080 million, while those of fabrics climbed 45% to US$750 million. Exports of textile fibers amounted to US$1,900 million, those of nonwovens US$340 million, and other materials US$658 million.
