Trinidad LNG production up by 1.5pc

Trinidad and Tobago’s LNG production totalled 32.7mn m3(11.8bn m3of dry gas equivalent)last year,up by 1.5pc on 2012,the energy ministry said on 5 February.Natural gas production aver-aged 4.14bn ft3/d(42.6bn m3/yr),higher by 0.4pc than the previous year.About 60pc of Trinidadian LNG goes to mar-kets in Asia,Europe and South America. The remaining 40pc goes mainly to the US and Spain.
