Rosneft makes Timan-Pechora find

Rosneft has found a new field in Timan- Pechora, where its output had been in decline for a number of years until 2015. Subsidiary Nyaganneftegaz discovered the Nertsetinskoye field — which could hold up to 96m t of crude, including 17mn t classified as recoverable — after drilling and testing an exploration well at the Berganty-Mylsky block at the end of last year.
